LAKE EL SALTO

Lake El Salto Lodge has been providing prime hospitality for over 15 years. The rooms are very comfortable with private baths and air conditioning.

 

A typical day at El Salto lodge begins with juice and coffee taken to your room as a wake up call. Then you will make your way down to the restaurant for a fantastic breakfast. Afterwards, we will then take you down to the boats for a wonderful day of fishing. Your morning usually ends at 12:00 noon when you come back to the lodge for lunch. (If you prefer, a sack lunch can be prepared if you wish to stay out the whole day). After lunch you'll have some free time for a little siesta (nap). Around 2:00 PM you'll be back in the boat to stay out until just before dark. Then you will be returned to the lodge for an excellent dinner that consists of everything from jumbo shrimp from the sea of Cortes to meals with a Mexican flare. We prepare a mixture of American, Mexican, and local seafood dishes that will please the most difficult palates of Mexico bass fishing anglers. Afterwards, hear about all of the great fish tales; of course, the big one that got away.

Mazatlan, with its fantastic beaches, is your gateway city for Lake El Salto and is serviced by airlines from all over the USA and Canada. We will pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Mazatlan and take you directly to the lodge.
